I love grappa. In my opinion you either hate it or love it, but please give it a chance!

Grappa is an Italian pomace kind of brandy which is made by distilling the skins, seeds, pulp and stems left over from winemaking after pressing the delicious grapes. Some of my friends associate grappa with moonshine. Shame on them!

My favourite grappa is il Moscato di Nonino. Floral aromatics and citrusy spices. I like it to be served between 12-14 degrees. You can also use grappa in coctails. I will return soon with my best recipes. Until then; enjoy!
